THE DEVELOPMENT PERSPECTIVES OF BROADBAND INTERNET: CURRENT STATUS, PROBLEMS AND SOULTION WAYS

The paper investigates the development perspectives of broadband Internet. Its impact to economic, political, social and cultural fields is analyzed. The problems and their solution ways associated with the infrastructure and services, network connectivity devices, program and content, financing and human factor that forms the ecosystem of broadband Internet are shown. Some proposes are given on the regulatory activities associated with the Internet development, stimulation of structure and market of a relevant field, taking into account the interests of various areas, and the development of the strategy and drafts on the development of broadband Internet.
