The article analyzes the networks specialized in the medical social media environment; and these networks are segmented according to the evolving user relations. The importance of user requests collected from these segments as a data source for medical decision-making is highlighted. The segment of physician-patient relations in the environment of the national medical social media is explored, and the results of statistical and content analysis are presented. The opportunities and the prospects of using the obtained results in decision-making to improve the quality of medical care are shown. The problems arisen in the national medical social media are reviewed, and their solution ways are proposed (pp.41-50).
