Məqalədə viki-mühitdə vandalizmlə bağlı problemlər, münaqişələrin aşkarlanması ilə bağlı yanaşmalar araşdırılmışdır. Həmçinin, istifadəçilər arasında olan münasibətlər analiz edilmiş,  viki-mühitdə informasiya qarşıdurmasını aşkarlayan metodlar təklif olunmuşdur. Konfliktli situasiyaları aşkar etmək üçün mötəbər mənbələrə istinadların sayından istifadə, viki-məqalələrin və müzakirə səhifələrinin həcmlərinin müqayisəli analizi təklif edilmişdir. (səh. 39-48)
