В статье исследована медицинская деятельность в среде социальных медиа. Рассмотрены проблемы интеграции социальных медиа в среде электронной медицины, описаны различные виды медицинских социальных сетей и их назначение, выявлены типы организации взаимодействия пациентов и медиков в среде социальных медиа, показаны возможности использования краудсорсинговой технологии в медицинских социальных сетях, проанализированы риски, вызываемые медицинскими виртуальными ресурсами. Выделены направления медицинских социальных сетей и основные субъекты, проведено сегментирование пользователей по их интересам и выявлены социальные взаимоотношения между ними (стр.57-68).
