The formation of digital forensic examination has made the study of the possibilities of applying artificial intelligence in this field relevant. This article presents an approach to modeling the process of examining the health status of suspects, accused and victims, as one of the main issues of forensic expertise, using artificial intelligence technologies. In this regard, the types of forensic expertise are analyzed, the features of the process of obtaining a final opinion depending on the type of expertise and the number of experts involved in its implementation (individual or collective), are explored, and a fuzzy relational model is proposed as an evaluation issue characterized by a large number of criteria, which is performed in conditions of uncertainty. Taking into account the requirements set forth in the legislation for forensic expertise activities and the rules for conducting various types of expertise, fuzzy multi-criteria decision methods are proposed for possible situations and scenarios arising in the process of obtaining a final opinion. The proposed methods can be used as a methodological basis for an intellectual system that allows for more objective, reasoned decisions to be made, eliminating difficulties and possible errors in the process of forensic medical examination of a person’s physical health (pp.16-24).
