SOME PROBLEMS OF Е-SCIENCE FORMATION
The problems of reconstruction of scientific institutes’ activity of the republic on the base of modern information-communication technologies application are looked though in the article. The analysis in this area is realized and conceptual bases of e-sciences are defined. It is shown in the article, that in the future, as a result of realization of the program, formation of unique on-line infrastructure of Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences and scientific institutes of the republic, the increase of efficiency of scientific-research works and integration into the international information space will be reached.
