Cyber-Physical Social Systems are complex systems that operate through the interaction of physical and digital components, serving the welfare of society. The main goal of Cyber-Physical Social Systems is to ensure the provision of efficient services in socially significant areas such as healthcare, transportation, public safety, environmental monitoring, and others. These systems consist of sensors, actuators, and computing devices that interact with the real world to monitor, analyze, and make decisions based on the obtained data. The paper discusses Cyber-Physical Social Systems, outlining their key features, application fields, and the personal data collected and processed within these systems. The collection of personal data within Cyber-Physical Social Systems, as well as the associated privacy risks, security problems, and measures to ensure data reliability, have been investigated. The analysis of data gathered via digital and physical components in integrated cyber-physical systems has been performed, with emphasis on the application of artificial intelligence technologies within Cyber-Physical Social Systems. Based on research, it has been emphasized that strengthening data security and privacy principles is crucial for the development of Cyber-Physical Social Systems, and various approaches have been proposed to ensure these features (pp.86-97).
