PROBLEMS OF SCIENTIFIC HR-MANAGEMENT ON THE BASIS OF RESEARCHERS’ SOCIAL NETWORKS
The development of social networks and the problems of their application in scientific societies are analyzed in the article. The feasibility of developing a decision-making system in HR-management based on intellectual analysis of social networks of scientific societies is shown. (pp. 10-17)
